Standard delivery times may not apply to custom orders placed through individual quotations or special customer requests outside the website.

Delivery Conditions for Custom Orders

• Delivery dates for printed and custom-manufactured products are determined according to production requirements.

• Special production and shipping schedules may be arranged.

• For orders placed through custom quotations, delivery services provided directly by our company are limited to Istanbul.

6. Order Preparation and Payment Confirmation

Order preparation and delivery procedures begin once the order has been received and payment has been approved.

Credit Card Payments

For credit card purchases, order preparation begins after the payment has been approved by the bank or payment service provider.

Bank Transfer or EFT Payments
